Our Chairman
We have carefully crafted Sarojini with a wealth of practical knowledge in the realm of fabrication, erection, and commissioning of Submerged Arc Furnaces and diverse industrial projects. With over thirty years of hands-on experience, we excel in executing projects and fabricating heavy structures. Our comprehensive services encompass project design, engineering, procurement, project management, and quality assurance.
Shri. P. Rajan Babu, founder and Chairman, Established Sarojini Group in 1992. We build Sarojini Group with hands-on experience in the Fabrication, Erection, and Commissioning of Submerged Arc Furnaces in different parts of India and abroad.
We are based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as India’s leading Ferro Alloy Projects, Design and Engineering, EPC Projects, and PEB – Buildings with a proven and established track record. We have also taken up and completed assignments abroad in countries such as Bangladesh, Kuwait & Zambia.

A seasoned leader with over 42 years of expertise in ferroalloys production, project management, EPC contracts, bulk raw material sourcing, cost-saving alternative materials, manganese mine due diligence (South Africa, Zambia, Gabon, Kenya, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines), foreign technology imports, strategic planning, process reengineering, quality management, turnaround strategies, and team leadership.
Global Exposure & Key Achievements
Traveled worldwide for technology seminars, conferences, and delivered keynote speeches, including at Tianjin for NOGA Mining (Gabon).

Landmark Projects Delivered:
Abhijeet Ferrotech Ltd. – Executed 22.5 MVA × 8 furnaces at Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone. Completed in record time of 11 months with electrode auto-operations, 4 pig casting machines, tap hole drilling machines with mud guns, slag granulation tanks, and a sinter plant. Introduced Electrotherm 6 MT induction furnace for SiMn fines melting.
